How to Request a Refund

Please send your request by email. Including complete information helps us verify the charge and respond faster.

  • Please include: Order number, account email, purchase date, reason for the request, and any screenshots or billing details that help explain the issue.

Review Timeline

We usually review refund requests within 3 to 5 business days. If approved, refunds are generally returned to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.

Before Requesting a Refund

If the issue is related to login, billing, missing credits, or a technical problem with plant identification, please tell us what happened in as much detail as possible. In many cases we can fix the issue directly without needing a refund.
